Who is behind Illume Inspections?

In a few words...

Ken Eckhardt is the owner and principle inspector for Illume Inspections. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (Economics) and most recently the Carson Dunlop School of Home Inspection.

A life-long resident of Waterloo, he started his career as a Technical Writer and Illustrator in the Automation and Aviation Software sectors. For more than ten years, he channeled his passion for hands-on work into remodeling and flipping houses, as well as renovating basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and other living areas.

His background experience, technical expertise and inquisitive nature work together to provide you with a quality inspection and report.
